Welcome! The Soma methodology is one which connects the heart, mind, body, and soul, all guided by our four fundamentals: mindset, nutrition, movement, and sleep.
As protectors of these concepts, we aim to offer a structure of services focused on exercise, mindfulness and nutrition which provide people with the tools to achieve their best fitness level and live healthier lives.
We aim to provide a tailored service of personal training, nutrition, yoga, meditation, breathwork, spin and mobility training. We have created a variety of classes that blend different physical methods together in order to support your body with love.
Antonia has 20 years experience in the beauty retail industry. Fitness and nutrition were always a passion to her, and she decided to use her gained knowledge running businesses and blend the service experience into what she felt was missing from the fitness industry, putting an emphasis on raising confidence and empowering her clients. She then started her PT business giving her clients the tailored and special approach she felt was necessary for them to reach their personal goals, using her trained and skilled certification in personal training and health science. She has placed 1st in various bodybuilding competitions and she aims to utilise these gained life skills in a holistic approach in her nutrition services.
Mirella has over 20 years experience in the luxury retail and beauty industry, having worked for Harvey Nichols and international fashion brands in London and NY. Having to fly to NY on a regular basis for work, her yoga practice helped her manage her fear of flying. Yoga was a side practice until it became apparent this helped her in all areas of life. She then certified for her 200hr teacher and anatomy training. Yoga anatomy is of real interest to her, and this shows in her classes. This is where she and Antonia met. Their friendship flourished and their support in each other's fitness and emotional wellbeing developed, especially in lockdown, their training and skills supported them.
They wanted to pass this on, and so Soma was born.
Mirella is now practicing Ayurveda and provides this holistic approach to support clients nutritionally alongside Antonia's nutritional therapy.
A Place for Self Discovery
Located in the most beautiful Surrey surroundings, classes take place at the Kingswood Golf Club and Epsom College Sports Centre. Facilities include showers, toilets, locker room, parking as well as bars and restaurants for an apres-workout refuel.

Should you choose our personal programs, your Soma journey will begin with a consultation. We will carefully assess your overall health and wellbeing, so we fully understand how your body works, where your body holds on to energy (weight or injuries) and establish the most efficient way of making progress.
One 2 One
We are guided by you and how you feel each day. As each day brings a different obstacle (stressors), we feel different each day, so we will listen to your needs and address any concerns and will always do all we can, so you feel supported and equipped to reach your goals.
